About Our School > Application Process



  • STUDENTS MUST HAVE PASSED THE 8TH GRADE TO ENROLL AT NORTHDALE!
  • The application must be completed by the last school the student attended.
  • Attach a copy of the student's transcript from the last school attended.
  • Attach a copy of any test scores.
  • Attach a copy of the student's social security card.
  • Bring the completed application with all attachments to the office at Northdale Magnet Academy, 10755 Cletus Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70815.
  • After reviewing the application, Northdale will contact the student or parent to schedule an interview.
  • An interview must be held with the applying student and their legal parent/guardian in attendance.
  • After the interview, Northdale will contact the parent/student regarding admission to Northdale for the next school year.
  • SUBMITTING AN APPLICATON DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT.  DO NOT DROP FROM CURRENT SCHOOL UNTIL CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE IS RECEIVED FROM NORTHDALE!!!!

Download and print an application on the next page! Take it to your student's school for completion by an administrator or counselor at that school. If you can not access the form, please come by to pick up an application in person at 10755 Cletus Avenue Monday-Friday from  7:30 to 2:00 p.m.
