BIO:  I hail from the great Pacific Northwest where I was born, raised and educated.  I hold a B.A. in History from Western Washington University and M.A.T. from George Fox University.  I am certified to teach math at the middle and high school level. 

I love hiking and fishing with anyone, but with my brothers and father especially.  I play chess regularly as this is good "mental weight training."  I have a passion for teaching my subject area and my students see this.
